Grief support for miscarriage, pregancy loss, infant loss and child loss
Navigating the grief that comes after miscarriage, stillbirth, infant or child loss is overwhelming, painful and disorienting. It is a human response to a loss you could never have been prepared to face.
In addition to offering therapy for grief, I also offer custom grief coaching support through my 12 week Living Forward program designed for women who have experienced pregnancy or child loss.
This program differs from therapy by:
weekly group coaching support to reduce isolation and receive supportive and action-oriented guidance to help you take meaningful steps towards living forward with your grief
offering a secure private online community exclusive to other members of the Living Forward community, allowing connection and support from myself and other members throughout the week
Self-paced education to help you learn about grief and build your blueprint of how you can live forward meaningfully
not required to be a Washington State resident to participate

Please note that coaching services are distinctly different than therapy services and do not treat medical necessity or make diagnoses. If a person would benefit from therapy services due to medical necessity or need for a higher level of care, I will refer to psychotherapy or other medical services.
Therapy services are another option for receiving professional support and guidance and you can learn more about my grief counseling services in Washington State here.
