Fees

The fee for individual therapy is $250 per 45 minutes for individuals and $300 for couples/families (grief and adjustment to parenthood only). Please note that my practice is out of network with insurance panels. I do maintain a small number of client appointments for clients with Employee Assistance Plan benefits through Lyra.

For those interested in pursuing partial reimbursement (typically between 60-80% of the provider’s fee after reaching deductible) from an insurance provider, I provide clients with an itemized receipt (“superbill”) to assist with reimbursement. If you have questions about this process, please let me know during your consultation call and I’d be happy to discuss.

In addition to standard 45 minute sessions, I offer premium Intensive therapy packages for clients who are looking for alternative formats to pursue accelerated progress in their therapy goals. These services range in duration from 90 minutes to 3 hours, allowing clients more time to move towards their therapy goals. To inquire about availability and your unique needs, please reach out directly or visit my Intensives page for more details.
