EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, is an approach to therapy that harnesses the incredible healing power of our brains to process and resolve traumatic memories.

This can be done through eye movements, tapping or other forms of bilaterals that feel approachable for the client. EMDR allows the memories to be reprocessed, shifting into new placement within the brain that is no longer triggering — allowing you to live a thriving and meaningful life.
